Oral comments were accepted during the hearing and written comments were accepted in advance.
Additionally, per the Hearing Examiner’s direction, the record of the permit hearing will be held open for two business days to allow post-hearing written comment from members of the public who experienced technology or access barriers to participation in the virtual hearing.
Members of the public who had issues accessing Wednesday’s Zoom meeting are invited to provide comment through 5pm, Friday, April 1, 2022. Those written comments should be sent to email@example.com. Please note the email subject line: “Snoqualmie Mill Site Planned Commercial/Industrial (PCI) Plan.”
City staff and the applicant have two business days to respond to written public comment submitted on the day of the hearing and timely post-hearing comments from members of the public who had trouble joining the hearing. Staff and applicant responses are due by 5pm, April 5, 2022.
The entire record will be taken under advisement and the recommendation in Snoqualmie Mill Site PCI Plan Application will be consolidated with the written decision in the appeal of the associated Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) which happens on April 4, 2022, at 9am via Zoom.
