Perry Phipps joined the Snoqualmie Police Department in January 2017. He has 32 years of law enforcement experience in the State of California, and has served as a Peace Officer Standards and Training Subject Matter Expert in the areas of SWAT, Canine, and Critical Incident Response. He is a four-time Medal of Valor recipient, and a two-time Officer of the Year recipient. He as a master of arts degree in leadership and organizational studies and a bachelor of arts degree in management and organizational development.
