Roles and Responsibilities
The Communications Department is charged with providing transparent and timely communications to Snoqualmie citizens. The department is responsible for maintaining and updating the City's website, social media channels, answering general resident inquiries, coordinating community surveys, City news releases, emergency communications, and other communication-related needs.
Mission and Goals
The Communications Department strives to provide transparent, trustworthy, timely and accurate public information to Snoqualmie residents and media outlets.
Leadership
The Communications Department is led by Danna McCall, who holds a bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Washington. Before working in government communications, she founded and ran local Snoqualmie Valley media website, Living Snoqualmie. She has lived in Snoqualmie for 20 years.
