October 25, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a North Bend residence to assist a person with low oxygen levels who was having trouble breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital.

October 27, 2025 | Vehicle vs. Pedestrian

Crews responded to a collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian. The vehicle was traveling under 20 MPH. The pedestrian suffered possible knee and rib injuries but was able to get up. The vehicle involved stayed at the scene.

October 27, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist an individual who fell twice and suffered a wrist injury. The patient was transported to the hospital.

October 29, 2025 | Motor Vehicle Collision

Crews responded to a one-vehicle collision on westbound SR 18 west of I-90 involving a semi-truck that left the roadway and landed in a ditch. Crews helped the driver get free of the vehicle. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person who was experiencing full body itchiness. The patient was transported to the hospital.

October 30, 2025 | Aid Emergency

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to help a person experiencing leg swelling with a rash. The patient was transported to the hospital.

October 31, 2025 | Aid Emergency

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a lethargic person suffering from vomiting. The patient was transported to the hospital.

October 31, 2025 | Trail Rescue

Crews were dispatched to the Mount Si trailhead for the report of an injured hiker who was hiking alone when they suffered an ankle injury. The hiker was approximately 4 miles up the trailhead. It was determined that search and rescue would handle the incident.

November 2, 2025 | Aid Non-emergency

Police officers requested aid crews to evaluate a person at a scene in Snoqualmie. The person was experiencing hip pain and was transported to the hospital.

November 3, 2025 | Cardiac Arrest

Crews responded to a North Bend residence for the report of a person suffering a possible heart attack. There was a pulse and the patient was transported to the hospital.

November 5, 2025 | Aid Emergency

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to evaluate a person suffering from high blood pressure and an elevated heart rate.

November 5, 2025 | Motor Vehicle Collision

Crews responded to westbound I-90 at milepost 54 for a collision involving a truck that hit a guardrail and rolled. One person exited the vehicle. The vehicle was then struck by a semi-truck. One person was still in the vehicle when it was struck. The person did not survive. One other person was transported to the hospital.

August 1, 2025 | Medic

Crews were dispatched to a Snoqualmie business parking lot for an individual experiencing dizziness and chest pressure. A cardiac workup was done, and the patient was then transported to the hospital. 

August 2, 2025 | Cardiac Arrest

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence for the report of a cardiac arrest. CPR was performed. The patient was transported to the hospital.

August 3, 2025 | Motor Vehicle Collision

Crews were dispatched to North Bend for a one-vehicle accident. The vehicle rolled off the roadway. Police also responded. One person was treated at the scene. No hospital transport was required. 

August 4, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to the boardwalk at lower Snoqualmie Falls for an individual who suffered a knee injury. Crews hiked to the location and transported the injured person off the trail. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

August 4, 2025 | Motor Vehicle Collision

Crews responded to westbound I-90 east of SR 18 for a two-vehicle accident. One of the vehicles rolled over into a ditch. All vehicle occupants exited and were ambulatory. One patient was transported to the hospital. 

August 6, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person who was nauseous and thought they might pass out. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

August 8, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person who fell, hit their head, suffered a laceration, and was lethargic. The person had reportedly been drinking. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

August 9, 2025 | Aid-Emergency

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to help a person who had excessive stomach and back pain and nausea. 

August 10, 2025 | Swift Water Rescue

Crews were dispatched to the Snoqualmie River in Fall City for the report of a group of 11 rafters stuck on a rock in the river current. Some were on rafts and some were on the rocks. There were no injuries. It took multiple crews 1.5 hours to reach the group and ferry them all to safety. 

August 11, 2025 | Motorcycle Accident

Crews responded to a motorcycle accident near downtown Snoqualmie. The motorcycle went into a ditch. The rider suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. 

August 12, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home for a person suffering a headache and vomiting. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

August 12, 2025 | Structure Collapse

Crews responded to an apartment building in downtown Snoqualmie for a deck collapse. One person and two dogs fell into a makeshift shed below the deck and were trapped. Crews freed the man after approximately 45 minutes. The dogs were uninjured. The man was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. 

August 14, 2025 | Trail Rescue

Crews responded to a trail near Snoqualmie Point Park. A person was pulled by their dog, fell, and suffered a possible broken ankle. The patient was located and transported to the hospital. 

August 14, 2025 | Rollover Accident

Crews were dispatched to eastbound I-90 near milepost 31 for a rollover accident. A driver dosed off and crashed into the median, but did not collide with anything. The car landed on its wheels. The driver was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

July 18, 2025 | Motor Vehicle Collision

Crews responded to an accident on westbound I-90 east of milepost 23 involving three vehicles and one semi. The accident left debris across all lanes of traffic. One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. 

July 19, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person suffering from possible food poisoning. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

July 19, 2025 | Collision

Two dirt bikes collided near downtown North Bend. Police also responded to the scene. One of the riders was reported to be unconscious in the roadway and the other was up and moving around. One patient was transported to the hospital. 

July 20, 2025 | Brush Fire

A caller reported that a backyard was on fire in the North Fork area. The fire was estimated to be 20' x 20' and about 300 feet from the nearest structure. A neighbor was using a hose to put water on the fire, which was reported to be about 7 feet high.  Crews responded and contacted the homeowner. It was determined to be a controlled illegal burn. The fire was extinguished.  

July 21, 2025 | Brush Fire

Crews responded to a brush fire reported in the median of I-90 just east of Snoqualmie. The fire was extinguished.

July 22, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to assist a person experiencing confusion and dizziness. The cause was unknown. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

July 23, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to assist a person who had a sudden onset of nausea and sweatiness.  The patient was transported to the hospital.

July 23, 2025 | Seizure

Crews responded to Echo Glen Children's Center to assist an individual who had been suffering a seizure for approximately 15 minutes. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

July 24, 2025 | Brush Fire 

Crews were dispatched to a brush fire on forested land off North Fork Road. It was determined to be 1–2 acres in size. The Department of Natural Resources and U.S. Forest Service were contacted, and the scene was turned over to the USFS. 

July 25, 2025 | Fainted

Crews were dispatched to lower Snoqualmie Falls to assist a person who fainted, possibly from heat stroke. 

July 26, 2025 | Swift Water Rescue

A caller reported finding a male face down on the Snoqualmie riverbank near Fall City. The person was breathing but could not be rolled over or he would go into the water. It was determined the person was very intoxicated. He woke up and crews used a kayak to get him downstream to the group he was with. 

July 28, 2025 | Aid

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person suffering from head pain. The patient was transported to the hospital.

July 29, 2025 | Brush Fire

A caller reported a brush fire near Bybee Blueberry Farm. Crews responded and determined it was an attended bonfire. 

July 31, 2025 | 2025

Crews responded to a vehicle fire on SR 18 near Issaquah-Hobart Road. A vehicle was fully engulfed and fire spread to nearby brush. All three vehicle occupants were out. Crews extinguished the fire.
