How do I apply for a permit?

There are several ways to apply for a permit, depending on the permit type and the applicant's preferred method. 

1. My Building Permit

The city of Snoqualmie uses My Building Permit for permits that do not require plan review (over the counter permits). This may include the following permit types:

• Residential Repairs
• Residential Re-Roofs
  
• Mechanical
  
• Plumbing

For other permit types, there is an online fillable form. Once submitted, our staff will review your application and reach out with questions and/or next steps. Please see below for the available forms.

3. Paper/PDF Application

You can also fill out a paper/PDF application. To submit, send the complete application to PermitSubmittal@snoqualmiewa.gov or drop off a copy at City Hall. City Hall is open to the public Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. The PDF forms are available below.
