Business Licenses

The City of Snoqualmie requires a business license and Business & Occupation tax filing for businesses that operate in, engage in, or practice any business in Snoqualmie city limits.

Annual Business License

Please go to the Department of Revenue to apply for an annual City of Snoqualmie business license.

Temporary Business License

Temporary business licenses are required for sales during special events, for roadside sales, and for door-to-door sales. Please submit a temporary business license application and payment to City of Snoqualmie, Attn: Revenue Division, PO Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

Special Event Permits

Please fill out an application for a Special Event Permit.

If you will charge admissions at your event, please also submit the Admissions Tax Application

Business & Occupation Taxes

The City of Snoqualmie requires filing and payment of Business & Occupation Taxes from all businesses that operate in, engage in, or practice any business in Snoqualmie City Limits.

Businesses can no longer file their Snoqualmie B&O Taxes with File Local. If you did not receive a B&O Tax Return form in the mail, you may print or download the form here. Please be sure to enter your Business Name, Address AND Email Address on the form. We are working on a new paperless process for B&O submissions, but in the meantime please mail your Business and Occupation Tax Report, along with a check payment, (payment MUST be received WITH form) to:

If your business does not owe anything for the quarter, please submit your form via email to revenue@snoqualmiewa.gov.

The filing schedules are as follows: 

  • 1st Quarter (January-March): Filing and payment due by April 30
  • 2nd Quarter (April-June): Filing and payment due by July 31
  • 3rd Quarter (July-September): Filing and payment due by October 31
  • 4th Quarter (October-December): Filing and payment due by January 31
