Warming Shelters Available in Snoqualmie

Snoqualmie, WA – The region continues to experience dangerously cold temperatures this week. If outdoors, remember to dress in layers and cover exposed skin. Take precautions to protect pets and livestock from the extreme cold as well. 

The public is invited to visit the following local warming locations.

Snoqualmie Valley YMCA
35018 SE Ridge St on Snoqualmie Ridge, 425-256-3115

Dec. 29-31, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Anyone who needs to come in to warm up may sit in the lobby as long as they wear masks. To go past the lobby, they must be able to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (within 3 days).

Open Daily

Emergency shelter is open 24/7. They have added beds to ensure people remain indoors during this extreme weather. If you see or know of someone who is living outside, in a car, or other inadequate shelter, please send them to this service. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome.
