Snoqualmie, WA – Snoqualmie celebrates its Tree City USA status and Sterling Community designation with an Arbor Day event on April 27, 10 am to 2 pm at Community Park, 35016 SE Ridge Street, and you’re invited! This event is for all ages and includes tree planting, native plant restoration, a scavenger hunt, children’s activities, and a pizza lunch.
Event Timeline:
10 a.m. – Specimen tree planting and invasive species removal.
12:30 p.m. – Mayor's Proclamation, scavenger hunt, and children's activities followed by a pizza lunch.
Snoqualmie Honored as a Sterling Community with Tree City USA
Snoqualmie was recently honored as a “Sterling Community” under the Tree City USA program for having received 10 years of “Growth Awards.” This demonstrates the City’s significant commitment to urban forestry.
