Help Preserve the Snoqualmie Ridge Urban Forest: Clear Blackberries with Green Snoqualmie

News & Announcements Posted on June 24, 2025

Join the Green Snoqualmie Partnership on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 9 am – 12 pm and help preserve the urban forest in the northwest area of Snoqualmie Ridge.

Come out and spend a couple of hours pulling, cutting, and digging up this invasive weed. It's a great workout, helps our native forest thrive, and makes the community look fantastic.

Where to Meet/What to Bring
Volunteers should meet at the corner of Silent Creek and McCullough. Bring a water bottle and wear clothes that can get dirty; sturdy closed-toe shoes, long sleeves and long pants, and work gloves. Work gloves will be provided for those who don’t have them. Tools will also be provided.

For more information and to register, visit the Green Snoqualmie NW Slope – Friday Blackberry Fun event page
