Utility Rate Changes 2025-2030
Utility Rates are approved by the City Council as part of utility rate studies and review. This process involves a study of utility rate requirements and financial impact across all utilities. These studies are presented and reviewed by the City Council and the Parks and Public Works Council Committee. A public hearing is also held to review public comments before City Council decides on approval.
The 2025-2030 utility rate study was conducted over multiple City Council and Council Committee meetings, which are listed below. The Public Hearing, and first reading of the Proposed 2025-20030 Utility Rates was conducted at the March 24 , 2025. City Council meeting.
