May 23, 2024 - Difficulty Breathing

Crews responded to assist an individual in a car in the Snoqualmie Community Park parking lot who was having trouble breathing.

May 24, 2024 - Fall

Crews responded to a North Bend assisted living facility to assist a person who experienced chest pain and fell. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

May 25, 2024 - Choking

Crews were dispatched to a Snoqualmie residence to evaluate a person who almost chocked on a bagel. The individual temporarily choked, but was able to cough out the food. 

May 25, 2025 - Collision

Crews responded to SR 18 west of Tiger Mountain for a motor vehicle collision. One vehicle involved sustained heavy damage and was on its roof. Two occupants were transported to area hospitals.

May 26, 2024 - Collision

EMTs responded to a collision on westbound I-90 near Highpoint Way involving a motorcycle. The driver possibly hit something in the center lane that resulted in him being knocked off the motorcycle and landing on the roadway shoulder. The driver was wearing a helmet and sustained a serious wrist injury. He was transported to the hospital.  

May 28, 2024 - Abdominal Pain

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist an individual experiencing abdominal pain. 

May 29, 2024 - Fall

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to help a person who fell. The person was uninjured. 

May 29, 2024 - Vehicle Fire

Crews responded to a fully engulfed vehicle fire on SR 18 near the Tiger Mt. summit. The incident involved a vehicle transport hauler. The fire was extinguished. 

May 29, 2024 - Fatality Collision

Crews responded to SR 18 near the Raging River for a multi-vehicle collision, with one vehicle reported to be on fire. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other vehicle occupants were transported to the hospital. The roadway was closed for approximately three hours for the accident investigation.

May 30, 2024 - Ankle Injury

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person who reportedly fell while mowing the lawn and suffered a possible broken ankle. The patient was transported to the hospital.  

May 30, 2024 - Residential Fire

Crews responded to a house fire on Mount Si Road in North Bend. It was reported that a bedroom was on fire with flames seen. The home was evacuated. It took approximately 45 minutes to have the fire under control.
