Crews responded to a Snoqualmie neighborhood for the report of a brush firereportedly caused by a blown transformer and a power line on the ground which caused grass to catch fire and begin spreading toward nearby woods. The fire was extinguished. PSE was notified.

Crews were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for an apparent cardiac arrest. Security was on scene and performed CPR. The patient was revived, refused aid, and left the location.

EMTs were dispatched to Issaquah-Hobart Road for a two-vehicle, head-on motor vehicle collision. The vehicles both land in roadside ditches. Crews had to extricate vehicle occupants. Three occupants were transported to area hospitals.
