EMTs were dispatched to the Rattlesnake Lake Trail for the report of a hiker who suffered a possible ankle fracture. Crews hiked 3 miles into the trail to assist the injured individual.

A caller reported seeing black smoke near the Mount Si haystack. Crews responded and reported the smoke seen was from a rock slide that had occurred.
July 5, 2025 | Trail Rescue
EMTs were dispatched to the Mt. Teneriffe Falls Trail for the report of an individual who fell approximately 100 feet near the falls. Crews hiked into the trail, assessed the patient who complained of head pain, and packed the patient out. The patient was then transported to Harborview Medical Center.

Crews were dispatched to a North Bend residence for the report of an unconscious individual who was not breathing. Life-saving measures were attempted but proved unsuccessful.
