February 15, 2023 - Attempted Bicycle Theft

A Snoqualmie homeowner who was out of town called police after observing two subjects attempting to steal a bicycle from the front porch on their Ring security camera. An officer responded. The subjects were unsuccessful at taking the bike, but fled the area in a vehicle when approached by the officer. Due to current state law, the officer could not pursue. Federal Way Police were notified about the subjects. They attempted to make contact, but no one was home and the vehicle was not in the driveway. 

February 15, 2023 - Weapons/Non Weapons Offense

Officers responded to the North Bend Safeway for the report of a gun pulled in the parking lot and threats made at employees. It was determined after speaking to the victim that a gun was not pulled, only verbal altercations. The incident started as a dispute over food stolen from the deli.

February 15, 2023 - Residential Burglary

A Snoqualmie resident reported items were stolen from their garage overnight after their car was prowled and garage door opener stolen. The burglar used the garage door opener to enter the garage.

February 16, 2023 - Located Missing Person

An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in downtown Snoqualmie and determined the vehicle occupant was listed in a national database as a missing person. The originating agency was notified and he was taken out of the database.

February 17, 2023 - Drug DUI

A subject was arrested for a drug DUI following a traffic stop on W. North Bend Way.  An officer obtained search warrant for the driver's blood led to the DUI arrest.

February 18, 2023 - DUI

An officer performed a traffic stop on North Bend Way. It was determined the driver was intoxicated on alcohol and prescription drugs while driving a child to work. The driver was arrested.

February 19, 2023 - Burglary from Open Garage

A Snoqualmie resident accidentally left their garage door open overnight and reported that $2500 worth of snowboarding equipment was stolen. 

February 21, 2023 - Road Rage Assault

A caller reported a road rage incident in downtown North Bend where words were exchanged and one driver flipped another driver off. The vehicle then followed the other to their home a physical altercation occurred. Witnesses were interviewed. One of the subjects was not located but was identified. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

February 22, 2023 - Traffic Stop

An officer performed a traffic stop of a vehicle with no license plates and determined the vehicle had a doctored up trip permit. The divers was cited and released for suspended 3rd and trip permit violation.

February 24, 2023 - Alcohol Theft

The Snoqualmie Safeway reported a man stole 5-6 bottle of tequila and fled the store on foot toward the gas station. Officers responded but could not located the suspect. The stolen tequila was valued at $314.

February 25, 2023 - Theft and Possession of Stolen Vehicle

An officer responded to the North Bend Outlet Mall for the report of a theft in progress. Once the officer arrived the subject "decided not to steal" and walked away without identifying himself. He was associated with another male in a stolen vehicle who was contacted and determined to have felony warrants for a Dept. of Corrections escape and an order of protection violation. There was also stolen merchandise inside the stolen vehicle.   The driver was arrested on warrants and possession of a stolen vehicle and theft charges. The other male left the scene and was not identified nor located.

February 25, 2023 - Intoxicated Subject

A caller reported a possibly intoxicated male was pounding on doors near downtown North Bend.  An officer responded and located the man. EMTs were called for evaluation as well.   It was determined the intoxicated subject was lost. He was given a ride home after EMT evaluation.

February 25, 2023 - Drug DUI

An officer performed a traffic stop near Truck Town in North Bend that transitioned to a suspected DUI. A legal blood draw was performed at an area hospital to determine it was a drug DUI.
