[ARCHIVED] Utility Rates Continue Graduated Increase in 2022

Snoqualmie, WA –  Since the start of 2022, water utility rates have increased 3.07% annually based on an average residential monthly bill. The graduated increase for water, sewer, and stormwater for 2021-2026 was approved by the City Council in December 2020. Within the plan, the Council voted for a 0% increase in 2021 due to COVID-19.

Annual rate increases keep water, sewer, and stormwater utilities operating reliably for customers. In addition, the City needs to consistently invest in the repair, replacement, preservation, and improvement of utility system infrastructure.
