The City of Snoqualmie Human Services Advisory Committee has opened the application process to request funds for human services programs to be provided during 2021-2022.
Each year the City of Snoqualmie assigns a portion of its general fund to community and human service organizations that serve the greater Snoqualmie Valley and provide services that benefit children, seniors, individuals, and families in need. These services are often provided by municipalities, but the City of Snoqualmie does not maintain staff with expertise in these areas. Instead, the City contracts with local organizations to provide vital services such as food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, and counseling throughout the community.
The application is posted on the City of Snoqualmie website.
Applications are due no later than September 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Following the application process, recommendations for funding will be made by the Human Services Advisory Committee for approval by the Snoqualmie City Council.
