[ARCHIVED] Public Hearings Scheduled for Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services

Two public hearings are scheduled to occur on February 3, 2021 at 6 p.m. related to Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services. Meeting access information is posted on the City of Snoqualmie web calendar at www.bit.ly/SnoqCalendar

Extension of Temporary Winter Shelter
 Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services provides overnight shelter to individuals and families at the Snoqualmie United Methodist Church, 38701 SE River St in downtown Snoqualmie. The original time period for the shelter was to conclude on February 18. The organization would like to extend the time period to March 20 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Snoqualmie Valley River Street Shelter
Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services is proposing to provide shelter for up to 15 adults and accompanied minors for a three-year period, sever days a week, for community homeless services. The current shelter is at the Snoqualmie United Methodist Church. It would be relocated on March 21 to the existing American Legion Post at 38625 SE River St.
