Snoqualmie, WA – Many are wondering when and where they will receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Your first step and the fastest way to determine eligibility is to use the state Department of Health Phase Finder online tool. Developed in a public-private partnership between the state Department of Health and the Gates Foundation, this easy-to-use tool is designed to determine vaccine eligibility for those living in Washington. If Phase Finder determines you are ineligible for the vaccine during the current phase, you can sign up to receive a notification when you are eligible.
If You Don’t Have Internet Access
If you are without internet access or need assistance, the Department of Health encourages you to ask a family member or friend for help with the online tool. Phase Finder is the fastest and most efficient way to determine eligibility. For additional vaccine information, call the Department of Health at 1-800-525-0127 followed by #.
Make an Appointment
If Phase Finder determines you are eligible for a vaccination, call your health care provider or make an appointment online at https://www.solvhealth.com/book-online/A4yalp for the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital’s Drive-Thru Service. If all appointment slots are filled, please return each day, as there is a rolling 14-day appointment window.
If a health care provider or pharmacy reaches out to you with an opportunity to receive the vaccine sooner, don’t wait; however, please cancel an appointment with the hospital if deciding to go elsewhere so the time can be opened up for another community member (vaccines are thawed to match the number scheduled and will go to waste if not used that day).
Snoqualmie Valley Hospital
The Snoqualmie Valley Hospital website provides comprehensive information about testing, vaccination appointments, registration forms, and more at www.snoqualmiehospital.org. The hospital uses Phase Finder but can also be reached by phone at 425-831-3408.
COVID-19 Testing Locations
Testing locations, which are available throughout Washington, are posted on the Department of Health website at www.doh.wa.gov. Testing is also available at the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. To make room in the Drive-thru Service Center for vaccine administration, the times for COVID testing are being compressed to 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Monday thru Friday (closed on holidays and weekends).
